-ONLINE ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS
1) You pay for your order
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3) The Processing period begins.
Processing time is 2-5 business days exclude weekends and holidays.
4) After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created.
5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.
6) Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail.
Please note: due to Covid-19 a delay in receiving your package may occur. We are not responsible for any delays through USPS. Once we release your package to USPS and you have received your tracking information you are to contact them if there are any issues or delay with your package.
If there are any delays during the processing time we will personally contact you to communicate the delay and why.
This is the time it takes for Quality control and to ensure all products are going to the right customer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check your spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the product and COVID-19, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Items cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer for sanitary purposes. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
-RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF THE WRONG ITEM WAS RECEIVED AND NOT USED.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All packages come with a tracking number. USPS updates their system the moment they scan your package.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
